I went in for an ultrasound today and the Techs that did the ultrasound both the students and Jenna were awesome absolutely above and beyond it was so easy way less invasive than I thought it was going to be. I truly appreciate everything. The facility is super clean. Smells goodeasy to navigate around. Plenty of parking. I absolutely would say this is my top pic.

I would give 0 stats if it was possible. One of my kids was dropped off with the mother, my wife. When i came back, they refused to let me go back and see my son, cause my other son, the patient's brother, was with me. They had let our whole family back in previous visits with similar situations. When i asked to see this policy change (i lrt tthem k ow this had never been an issue before) theystill didnt let me back and refused to shoe me anything in writing. It is truly baffling how little people want to do their jobs anymore I needed this facility to get onto health solutions transdev and fill out mileage reimbursement form for over 25 me because I literally drive 120 mi to get to this facility. All of the other facilities that I have to drive into the city to see even my dental office was willing to do this before my scheduled appointment because it has to get approved before my appointment so I can schedule the appointment and get it reimbursed but this company isn't willing ... read more
