I was referred to Dr. Stearns for wisdom tooth removal, and while I’m sure he may be technically competent, my experience with this office was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. During my initial phone call, I asked basic questions and was met with a dismissive attitude. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a bad day. Had my wisdom teeth removed last week and my 1 week post-op recheck today. I had a great experience with Dr. Stearns and his team. Dr. Stearns was straightforward, realistic, and professional. His staff were detailed and friendly. Thank you all for making this procedure and process quick and easy!
I truly enjoyed my experience with Dr. Stearns and his team. The office staff is friendly, caring, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The doctor himself is very down to earth, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly. The pricing was fair, and overall I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Highly recommend!
