I had my wisdom teeth removed 11/24. I was absolutely terrified to have this procedure done. I was 36 at the time and had put it off for many years. I was referred to Dr Sterns by my dentist. He was realistic in what could happen, talked to me about everything, answered my questions and set expectations with me. I knew I was in good hands. I was absolutely terrified to get my wisdom teeth out when my dentist referred me to Dr. Stearns. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The team was very kind and informative, and although I was quite nervous they never made me feel rushed or embarrassed about my nerves. I got sent home with extra sterile gauze and post care instructions. I love that Dr. Stearns makes it a priority to schedule to him for a follow up appointment before you are even in the chair! Dr Stearns and his whole team are all wonderful to work with and very attentive. They are fine communicators and really made a potentially challenging and nervous-making process very easy to get through. I know I’m going to be very happy with my new implant.
Dr Stearns is a excellent dentist. My favorite dentist. The best! He's very talented. I'm afraid of dentists. But Dr Stearns has been the best dentist. I recommend him too my friends. 5 stars yes!!!
I have had absolutely horrible experiences with dentist, until now. I go into a panic just walking in. I know it's ridiculous but I can't stop it. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Sterns really communicated amazing. The staff were amazing. They answered all my questions kindly, even my repeat questions. I don't think they understand how big this was for me. Best dental/surgery experience I have ever had. They cared. The rooms were nice because instead of seeing the equipment you get to see a beautiful view.
