Dr. Teresa Vasquez and her team is amazing!!! Honestly her bedside manner is no less than excellent. I have not met such a professional team in a long time. Idk how the other teams in this office is but Dr. Vasquez truly cares. I’ve been going here for around 10 months and each and every time I’ve gone, I’ve had a pleasant experience!! Thank you guys sooo much for being awesome providers!!

I have visited many times and never had an issue. Friendly and educated staff. Can be a bit of a wait but that is normal for an urgent care.

Walking into the building it was nice and clean, the receptionist office seems a bit immature for a clinic, all decked out like a littles girls room, but not my business. The first NA was kind. The only thing I didnt appreciate about her was I mentioned my anxiety meds were lost on the flight and she dismissed it as "were focusing on why you're sick today" The MP came in and was SO sweet, very professional and took me seriously when I mentioned I had lost my medication and basically had to cut cold turkey. I’ve never had such a horrible follow-up experience with my medical care. While the provider I saw was initially welcoming, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. When I arrived, the front desk receptionist was not at the desk, I assumed the clinic wasn’t open yet and waited until right before 8:30 AM to be checked in—despite arriving at 8:00 AM.
