This is my wife’s experience If I could give zero stars, I would. I presented to labor and delivery for suspected fluid leakage. During a swab test performed by a nurse, I experienced immediate severe pain, followed by active bleeding and burning with urination. When Dr. Sabin entered the room, I expressed my concern that the nurse had incorrectly swabbed my urethra instead of the vaginal canal. I was referred to this practice because I was told they were compassionate and experienced in caring for patients with complex gynecological conditions such as endometriosis. Every time I come here there is one lady at the front desk who consistently gives me issues. My first experience with her she said they no longer accepted my insurance. I explained to here I had been coming for years and had just seen a provider the previous week with no issues. She argued with me over the matter, just for me to call and find out they absolutely did and still do take my insurance. The next appointment over a year later, I showed up with my child. This place is horrible. I just moved here from out of state, getting my records transferred here was a nightmare, which could be for a number of reasons and I understand that. But then I finally get an appointment, I showed up and 4:00 for my appointment, and almost an hour later at 4:50 they come and tell me that the receptionist “forgot to push the button on the ipad to check me in” so no one double checked or wondered what was taking so long and the doctor left for the day. I have been seeing Dr. Min since 2021 and never had any issues until this past August, when I went in for my annual visit and voiced my concerns about my Nexplanon and wanted to hear other alternatives for “long- acting” birth control.
