I moved to the Reunion area and wanted a health provider close to me. Had a good first experience there but unfortunately the provider I saw left. Had to re establish care with Dr. Ross. Worst experience ever. Very cold and not personable at all. She read from the computer the whole time and did not address any of my concerns. Felt like I wasted my anual visit. I am pregnant and had called this place to schedule my first obgyn appt because i live right down the street, i let them know i had CHP+ and hadnt had my first appt as everyone has been booked up until late May early June, mind you i was already about 12 weeks pregnant. The first lady put me on hold and then an Amber came on the phone. She was very rude and dismissive. I had switched my primary care here and had an amazing first experience. Everyone is very friendly and the in house lab was a big plus. Since my first visit, have not been able to get in contact with my provider to follow up on the CT-Scan I had. They used the wrong coding for some at home labs which caused the lab to send me a letter asking me to call them, then on the call asked me to let the provider know the coding was wrong... apparently the lab can't communicate with my provider directly either. I found this place online and since it was close to home I signed up as a new patient. I was glad to see that there was a Doctor that could see me. Dr. Robert Massa seen me and seemed to genuinely care about new patients. On my second visit he accused me of not believing in vaccinations and his whole attitude changed towards me. I explained to him that I had just gotten a series of shingles shots and I got a flu shot in June. These were administered at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Reunion. This place is ridiculous, the staff that checks you in are rude and disrespectful. The only one that is nice is Amber. All the other ones are extremely hateful.
