Used to go to the Thornton location, but since I live in the Brighton reunion area now I wanted to come to the location closer to home. I went to the reunion location and saw Dr. Sarah Ross. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience for me as I felt like she did not listen to me, did not read my chart, Kept asking me medical questions over and over about the same thing that she should have been able to find in my chart with no problem as every other provider has in the past. Previously, a family member had a very positive experience at this clinic — both with their doctor and the front desk staff. However, during a recent visit (after their previous doctor had left), they had an unfortunate encounter with the nurse practitioner, Natalie Gardner. Ms. Gardner was downright rude, short, dismissive, and condescending toward my family member, who was simply trying to obtain a continuation of their prescription. I've been going here for several years now. It's clean, the staff are nice and the lab staff are phenomenal.

First glance at things it has that new fancy look but once in the facility it's not very clean.. 2nd complaint when someone comes to you for advice on certain issues I would address them first before you think you can control the situation or conversation, I did not ask your personal opinion and make sure your notes are correct (Ross) you failed me the other day and jumped on the band wagon with everyone else and judged me before even hearing what I was concerned about. My doctor ended up moving to a different practice and they wouldn’t provide where he went!! Just for the fact that they didn’t want to lose patients! I’ve called multiple times asking for info and couldn’t get an answer! Pretty irritating when it took years to actually find a doctor that’s good!!
