This place desveres 5 stars. All the times I have gone for infusions they have treated me with dignity and respect. If I am on a call when they are ready to take me they allow me to finish the call. They always ask about my day and most nurses know I like to have a coke and some snacks while im there.
The nurses are amazing. They always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
I've been coming here for infusions for my Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and my heart for the last 4 years. I hit 300 port infusions last week so a hot minute of my life is spent here. They even let me ring the bell at 300 and made me happy-cry I felt so supported! I really can't praise the people here enough for how well they do this incredibly hard job. I’ve been a patient since May last year, the nurses are wonderful and go above and beyond for their patients. I’ve become close with all of the nurses that have cared for me, everyone deserves a raise
Dr Mawalla was not listening to me. I just wanted to see any x-rays or mri or anything that would help me see what’s going on. He told me about the pills that I will be taking. The first side effects is that I’ll be in bad moods and probably have diarrhea. Tried asking questions but was told to wait for him to finished. Then he just got up and left! All I wanted to see if surgery and radiation made a difference. I think he doesn’t like gay people.
