my family and I have been banking with Central Bank for greater than 10 years. I have consistently had a frustrating experience with Ms. Gail due to her insufficient training for lack of a better word, but continue to be patient. Today was the final straw when she said that a cashier’s check has to be put on hold in order to be cleared, even if the check has been verified by the local bank that had written it.
