Very friendly and service oriented. They fit me into a very busy schedule with last minute notice. Had a rock hit my windshield on the interstate on the way to Gering. They worked with me on when I would arrive and had me in and out within 20 minutes. They did a pretty good job repairing the rock chip. Many thanks go out your way your team!
They have CONSISTENT 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR A REASON. -- We had an issue... but read the end. I must admit, I was a little skeptical at first - usually if you want a cheaper price you'll have to deal with cheap service. But Platte River Glass provided exceptional service at a very fair price. This place was an absolute lifesaver for me! Lee was the one I spoke to on the phone when trying to find a rear quarter window for my vehicle and he was able to find me one within an hour at a cost that was FOUR TIMES LESS than other places I had called around to. Not only was Platte River Glass extremely affordable, they were VERY efficient and had my window put in within an hour.
