We traded and purchased a vehicle from Platte River Auto, and it was in total a wonderful experience. Matt the owner was very great with communication, punctuality, and his pricing is very fair. I am thrilled to have gotten the opportunity to do business with these guys.
I found them on FB market place where they were super quick to respond and find an available time for us to meet and check out the truck. The entire process was super smooth and I was walked through paper work while everything was explained well. Easiest car shopping experience ever. 10 out of 10 would recommend
We had a great experience buying from Platte River Auto. Matt and Jason are fantastic people to work with. After I bought my truck I went back with a check engine light and Jason stopped what he was doing and said “no worries, let’s have a look” . It turned out to be nothing, but that service after the sale is something that I’ve never experienced with other dealerships.
Will 100% consider buying another vehicle through these guys. Every issue ive had with the vehicle they sold me was fixed free or at discounted rated even being an ad is used vehicle. They continue to go above and beyond even after my purchase.
