Did a terrible job at explaining sellers needs at closing. Told us utilities would be switched we didn’t need to worry about anything but failed to mention that it was sellers responsibility to cancel gas which is a utility. When called to talk to agent about it she was very rude!! Would never work with this company again. Used a different company to buy our house and was much better!!
