Can't I get less than 1 star? One star is too good for this place. Their Parkville location is N O T staffed properly. AT ALL ! We sat in the waiting area for 53 minutes and easily half that time the front window was talking on the phone before helping people coming to the window. These poor nurses need serious help, as they can't keep up with patients trying to get assistance. We can 't take time off from work to come here only to not get service.
