I like that we received services the SAME DAY! Very professional and fast response!!! Repair person diagnosed the problem with my mom's oven quickly and made the repairs within an hour!!! Fast and clean work! Very affordable too!
Call today to see if they would work on my counter top ice maker and the call center representative was extremely rude. There was a $59 house call charge on an item I can take to the store. Lost my business when the call center rep was condescending and rude for no reason. I stated there was no reason to be rude and he continued to be rude. So I stated I would take my business elsewhere. He stated, OK good. Tried to stay local and failed...
