They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. dr. mike,beth and staff are wonderful not only to me but to my 4 legged children. when my vet retired I never thought I would find a vet that cared as much. thanks plattsprings animal clinic you guy are the best!

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
