Ive been here 6 months so far and have way more frustrations than I do positives. Elevator is constantly broken. Pool is filthy. Hallways smell gross. Leasing office is friendly but very unhelpful. Lounge is closed and inaccessible after office hours. Office will accept your packages but not let you know for weeks, if at all. After hours the only access point into the building is through the alley into the garage for "safety". Apparently walking around the building through the alley & garage is "safer" than the front door. S... read more
Giving 4 stars as there are some issues with noise, amenity upkeep, and pricing but would give maintenance a 5/5 review. I’ve been helped by Mike and Gary on multiple occasions and each time they have been incredibly responsive and helpful. When a drain froze in my apartment, they got to work on it immediately and checked back multiple times to ensure there was positive progress.
I’m giving a 5 star rating specifically for leasing agent extraordinaire, Ellie T. From my initial tour through move in, Ellie has been kind, knowledgeable, incredibly professional, & detail oriented. She was able to address any slight issues I had & no doubt is a cornerstone for Platt Park. She deserves recognition & a raise! :)
