I was a patient of Dr. Platt’s in the early 2,000s and thought it would be a good idea to go to him now for purchasing hormone replacement. I’m sorry to say that I will not order from Platt Wellness ever again and I’ll make sure to steer people elsewhere. The person handling customer issues needs to take some training classes. I ordered one of the bundles of supplements (around $120 worth). I never received them. I have not meet a more knowledge and conscientious doctor that is dedicated to your well-being. His Platt PRO 5% made great improvements to my health. He is retired as a medical doctor, but accepts emails and even answers the phone to consult you on his products. Extremely wonderful company to deal with and great customer service. Very personable.
