We ordered a rotary phase converter for our pivot from American Rotary. When we received it, we installed it and realized that we got the wrong box so we called right away to eBay and they sent us right to James who took care of us very well we told him that our hay was gonna burn up if we didn’t get it as soon as possible we sent that off on a Friday. We got it Monday afternoon Tuesday morning we installed it and sent back the right part. Thank you thank you for all your help
