Only because I was so confused at what I experienced I came back, only to experienced the same issue with the same employee (I returned with catalog item page on phone for ultimate clarity) AND finally a hardworking gentlemen freed up and came to assist the other employee in helping me. I'm not sure why the 1st employee was giving me such a hard time locating a simple part but I'm still sore enough about the experience to write this review.
