First time going into Platt, the young guy with forearm tattoos of an angel on his right arm gave some of the worst customer service I've had. He could not be bothered to help and was annoyed with us our entire time. If someone can't be friendly, they should not be working in a customer facing position. We decided to order online from elsewhere
