Clean and tidy nicely decorated good staff and toilet
In 9 months I have been told 11 times that they are signing the shared care document and sending to my daughters GP but instead my 6 year old gos without vital medication for weeks on end each time because receiving a prescription from the pediatrician is impossible. When trying to contact them because you are desperate, you are rather cut off, they can't put you three or it just says the number isn't recognised!! My daughter has been under the pediatrician here for 5 years and what a stressful time!
great service by my doctor over the last 3 years for help with all my problems health related
Phone lines are Not working, been trying to ring for a week on and off, will have to visit, to let them know.
