Most of our stores buy and sell girls sizes 0/1 to 18/20 and guys sizes 28 to 40 waist, and we typically buy current styles that are still in the mall. I will never be returning. I brought a basket of about 15 items to sell (most were name brand never worn) and they didn’t buy a single item. This happens almost every other time i come in. Customer service was also terrible, i felt like i was being talked down to the entire time i was trying to pick my clothes up. When they do accept my clothing i get a very small sum of money for them. I would highly recommend finding another location for selling your clothing.
made me sign up on my phone to sell there to ensure they could text me when my offer was ready, but they never sent me a text. I finally went up to the front & asked, because the link they sent me when I dropped my things off wasn’t giving me updates on my offer status either. they passed on literally everything, even though multiple items were new with tags. and they don’t want any winter coats, even though it’s Jan in Minnesota
