Tell me you’d think differently if when the pants you try on have stains that look like didn’t person didn’t wear underwear for a month, and you do everything you can not to throw up right there in the store… It’s to be expected, but at the same time. Shame on the people who even bought these to sell.

Staff looks young so I tried to give them a couple chances but I won’t be coming back. Distracted, dismissive, and complaining every time I’ve come 💔

We had an awful experience at this Plato’s Closet location. We brought in brand new, name-brand shoes — including Vans and Under Armour — and were shocked to be offered just $4 per pair. These are not cheap brands, and the shoes were in pristine condition. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. Rude employees always looks at my daughter's and I like we are nothing or they are stuck up and rolling eyes just walks in front of me doesn't say excuse me or anything no greeting bad customer service!
