I dropped off two garbage bags full of teen clothing that has only been slightly used. When I came back to pick up they told me that nothing was taken because the clothes were in terrible condition and it was mostly Walmart and Kroger brands. That was a lie because I went through the clothes and only put 2-3 items from those stores in the bag. I also knew for a fact that there was a small Wrangler jacket in the clothes that could easily go for $40. It was never worn which made me mad that they lied to my face.
this place shouldn’t even get a star. They deserve zero stars. They’re completely rude and they suck. Don’t waste your time at this place.
Employees were nice but what is up with their selling system. I took a bag with clothes from Aritzia and Reformation, just for them to take some old sweater, some expensive and an Aritzia bodysuit. They were offering me dollars….for 3 items were 100+ together. I took back the Aritzia body suit which retailed for 48, I was offered 2 dollars. So in total i got 5 dollars…
Took about 20 items to this place including 3 items completely new with tags. They took two things. One was a 70 dollar billabong sweater, which they offered me FOUR dollars for. Do not go here, just sell your stuff on Facebook marketplace. Waste of time.
