Not sure why the reviews are low, i had a good experience while selling my clothes. I was quoted 45 minutes for 3 bags of clothes which i thought was fair! I got offered 50 bucks. I’m satisfied with my trip and will be selling soon! Keep up the good work!
Found some great items here like true religion, ed hardy, and hollister. Plus the staff was very helpful and made my experience pleasant! It was my first time here and it was amazing!
1 Star Extremely disappointing experience at this Plato’s Closet. I brought in TWO large, heavy-duty trash bags filled with clothing, including brand-new items, and was told by an employee named Jasmine that she went through everything in approximately 20 minutes and that they could not accept a single item. Waste of time trying to sell here. It took double the amount of time they said and all I made back was the amount I spent grabbing a bite to kill time while it took so long. The stuff they have looks 15 years old it makes no sense the things they say no to.
