Excellent for a cheaper price many clothes to choose shoes and purses
They had me waiting for over an hour and still hadn't given me a notice that they were done with it and I had to go in there and ask for if it was done and they would not listen to when I said which basket was mine and they were making fun of other people's clothes and they were being rude to me when I was asking for my stuff so I will not be coming back to this place ever again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Terrible business to sell your clothes. Drove all the way from Marietta to sell clothes that had been worn once or not at all -two big bags full. I had to kill two hours in Parkersburg while they “sorted” through my clothes only to return and find out they never looked at anything other than a couple tee shirts and only offered me $6. Side note: the replies that I’m reading from the owner on other reviews is even more unsettling as they clearly dismiss feedback and cannot take constructive criticism.
