Truly disappointed with my recent visit!! I’ve been coming to this platos for 3 years now and have always had a great experience with them. As a sneaker collector I’ve found so many hidden gems and dope pairs here. Since I always buy sneakers, I tend to sell pairs I don’t wear to Plato’s. Today I had my mom bring in a bag of a couple newbalance that I haven’t worn since 2023. Visited the store today with my teenage daughter, who had some things she wanted to get rid of, and we figured she could do so here.During the entire check-in process, the employee told my daughter to scan the barcode and follow the steps. Afterward, the employee said she needed an ID, so I pulled out my ID and presented it to her. Fast-forward to when we came back to pick up the items and receive payment. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Rudest staff and didn’t even greet or help me when I came to sell clothes. Literally gave me $4 for 1 thing and I came with 3 bags of nice brands and waited 45 mins. What a joke. Just sell on depop, yard sale or even uptown cheapskate down the road.
I just wanted to share that I was uncomfortable in my dressing room I didn’t notice until AFTER I tried on the clothes that this ring camera was above my room…it needs to be taken down IMMEDIATELY
