I got 2 full bags of clothes there. I went and they told me 20 mins I was like perfect. But then when I went to get them back, they haven’t even checked my bags. Like it was exactly in the same order I folded and handed. Like excuse me? Aren’t you supposed to at least check them and see if you want them or not? I had bunch of Zara and Aritzia and Nike stuff and they said they’re too fancy! Sorry? Since when you can make decisions without even looking at them? Ridiculous.
Very small location, not much room TK move and they need to look at prices from other stores on the time they put out. They put a more expensive price then what the person originally paid for it.
I was there last this last sunday (platos north hyde park ) i was asking about the pricing and the 20% discount lady cashier wasnt very helpful and not very kind. I believed she belong to young generations who doesnt know to handle conversation and courtesy…. Your staff need to be train..
