If I could give this less than one star I would. A friend of mine called THREE TIMES asking if you took plus size clothing, and your staff said MULTIPLE TIMES that your stores needed plus size clothing badly. when she came with clothing that either had tags on it or was almost new, mind you she had 4 bins worth, over 80 items total, your piece of crap staff told her that they didn't take items from the grossly overweight. Half of my stuff wasn't looked through. At the end she said they wanted summer clothes and mine had some wear and tear. I get home and notice she didn't pick any of my name brand summer tanks...with tags still on them �
The employees were more concerned with being social than actually doing work. Every single person was quoted 20 minutes when it was actually 35-50. So I didn't get to leave my clothing there, I got to watch them stand around. I watched a female green-haired employee working the register sneeze into her hands twice. I would recommend trying another location to avoid this.
