I took three large totes of clothes in there and got a confirmation text as I walked out the door. Exactly 6 min later they said they were done reviewing. No way they went through all the items. Went in and the lady said “this is what we’d like to buy from you” 5-6 times and as I’m looking at what they selected to buy she hands me the receipt and starts grabbing cash. One of the best Plato’s closets I’ve been to , Great customer service, employees are easy to talk to and understanding , they always have good deals and amazing option all through out the year if You don’t always live close to West Des Moines I highly recommend the Plato’s closet in Ankeny
