Shout-out to the miserable woman behind the counter who shouted "WE'RE NOT BUYING RIGHT NOW!" from across the store as soon as I walked through the door with my bag, in a tone implying I should have been aware of this already. When I asked how I could have known about that earlier, she replied with "well, I'm telling you right now". Nice. Wonderful customer service. Incredibly rude staff--and I'm from Jersey, so I don't expect anything crazy or overly friendly in general. Walked in with my sister, greeted the first sales associate we met, who ignored us. What a crock! They only buy...brand new! Do not bring gently used they will pass on everything!!!! Unless it's brand spankin new! And will give you 3 dollars on. A 40 dollar pair of shoes. So disappointed, rude, snotty. If I could rate 0 I would#!!

Without the sellers, all of these of these stores would be out of business, so the fact that I have been treated rudely a multitude of times is beyond unbelievable. What cringes me the most are the women that work there. I have worked in customer service for over 4 years and it would be nice to smile and greet others. If someone ... read more
