Went there with my 8 and a half month pregnant family member, to help carry her bag of clothes in, and I brought my own. They were arguing that we came together so only one bag can be looked at. As we argued over a pregnant woman not being able to lift such a heavy bag, I told them next time I’ll drive separately and then maybe they’ll look at my clothes 😂 so dumb. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit. The store had a strong odor that made it feel like air freshener was being used to mask the smell of used clothing. I also didn’t find much that caught my eye, as many of the items looked outdated. The shoes, in particular, appeared heavily worn despite being cleaned up for resale. Overall, I didn’t feel the selection or condition of the merchandise justified the prices. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
I had a great experience selling my clothes at this location! Quick and effective. The staff is super nice but it’s clear they don’t fully go through the items in your bags. I waited 2 hours for $30. They bought shein stuff but didn’t buy the 2 pairs of brand new Lululemon pants at the bottom of the bag. They also passed on the Lulu lemon belt bag and brand new Hill House nap dress. I get some items sell better than others but the fast fashion through out the store overwhelms the quality.
Hey I don’t usually right reviews but just wanted to share my experience came in today looking to shop and was treated great and was helped with everything i needed thank you to Kayla and kim great manager answered all questions I had and were professional will def be coming back !!
The staff is so friendly, I never leave the store empty handed ♥️
