Once again, this Plato’s closet is a big disappointment. I brought in brand new heels, name brand, and they said they couldn’t take them because of wear and tear. If you saw some of the shoes and clothes they chose to keep from others, you would honestly question if that person is blind because they are DIRTY AS HELL AND TORN. This Plato’s is a JOKE.
They had a great section of handbags & friendly staff.
I brought in a ton of clothes. At least 60% had never been worn even once, including a brand new pair of shoes. They didn't buy a single item which is totally fine but their reason was that ALL of the clothes were in over worn condition which is a lie. This all wouldn't bother me if I hadn't shopped here the day before and the vast majority of the clothes I saw had tons of piling, stains, or dingy hems on the bottom of the pants. Basic long sleeved shirt for $10, shein items for $15? Be so for real.
Visited today to sell my daughter clothes she out grew and shoes. The lady working didnt even really go through the stuff she said ineligible because kids size. Yall literally sell kid size shoes. I've seen and bought youth shoes. Waste of time.
So we went 2 days ago, we found a pink hello kitty jacket and tried to purchase it. The lady told us that we can’t get it till the 31st when they start the back to school sale which is totally fine. Now keep in mind it is advertised on social media/posters everywhere. I got there an hour and 30 minutes before they opened to be sure I was able to secure it.
