Always a solid choice going to Plato's Closet. Even though the staff was quite busy, they were very chill and helpful. You can tell those girls were very busy, but it seems like they got a good system going. I hope they are being paid well. The place is always so well organized and clean. Something hard to find in second hand stores. The selection was fantastic and easy to locate what I was looking for.
Probably the worst experience I’ve had here. I used to sell and purchase things from this location several times and I got a snooty look from all of the girls in there when I brought my clothes in, so I kind of had a feeling they wouldn’t purchase anything and that’s all fine, but they were rude from the start. I walked in and I wasn’t greeted and eyes were rolled at me like I was just annoying them to pick up my items. I've brought my teenage daughter's here to shop several times, but have found it challenging to find clothes that are in good taste. Example....no shorts except short shorts, etc. Now I understand why. We brought in at least 75 different items of clothing and shoes to sell. Out of all of them...they bought 1 item. We were shocked. These were beautiful clothing that met their criteria...or at least we thought they did. They included name brands that were less than two years old, some of them brand new.
