I've been there a few times and the interaction wss very pleasant. This encounter, the Yound Mam seemed very angry and unpleasant. May have been having a bad morning.

I’ve been making the trek to sell and buy here for years at least once a year. Every time I come we end up leaving with a pile of stuff we buy. I live over an hour away and always call before loading up my car and kids. I’ve always had a great experience here.
