Awesome I looove Plato's Closet, I buy all my jeans here, they have great stuff for cheap! You have to try a lot of stuff on but it's totally worth it, so many cute clothes and accessories!
Dont hit San Mateo without visiting Plato's closet! This store suits me perfectly....I dont know whether I sell more, or buy more, but I am in here a couple times a month. Management very in touch with customer needs. Always plenty of staff, no waiting in lines.
Plato's Closet is awesome - great Penninsula find I love this place. I used to drive up to Haight Street to check out the boutiques...this is much more convenient for Penninsula dwellers. 1. The store: It's big, clean; A little slice of Hayes Valley right in downtown San Mateo 2. The goods: Tons of clothes + accessories + shoes; Good selection and great high end jeans 3. Selling your stuff: They are picky...wouldn't take my older stuff; Payouts are low, but so are the prices; Not a consignment store...they buy on the spot
Loved it! Plato's Closet is the best used clothes boutique I've ever been in! The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was fun. There were so many choices of clothes, shoes, and bags all at great prices. I loved it!
