Very helpful and good customer service
I had an amazing experience at Plato’s Closet, all thanks to Brandy! Even while working the register, she was super attentive and didn’t hesitate to help me find specific styles or offer great suggestions. Her friendly attitude and genuine willingness to assist made my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning!

I honestly left this Plato’s Closet with anger. I dropped off a box of clothes to sell. Honestly, the cardboard box was worn, but I had taped it securely and made sure everything was folded. All of the clothes were clean, straight from my closet. About an hour later, I got a text saying my items had been “processed,” so I came back, not expecting much.
