Someone might want to let the girls at the counter know they are working at Plato’s closet and not the Louis Vuitton store…apparently all they are accepting is designer items and lululemon now? me and everyone else got turned away with all our stuff lol I’m really confused when Plato’s closet became saks?
I went to this property twice today. The first time they told me they don’t allow clothes and trash bags so I went to buy a container to put them in. Brought my clothes back and they said they have no cash. Lady working goes next time call. Definitely tried, but they don’t answer the phone, What a joke. Don’t waste your time go to uptown cheapskate etc
I wish we could give zero stars. Customer service is horrible. First, when you walk in employees don’t even greet or acknowledge you. They just stand at the register having a full conversation. If you go up to them, they’ll look at you like what are you doing here. THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially the girl with the cactus face. Second, I took in high brand clothes and by their excuse, it was not in “trend”. The store has clothing that is not even in “trend” anymore. Even ripped clothes. I don’t think they looked through anything in my bin. Everything was still neatly folded. They passed on everything and I just donated it to Goodwill. This store is really an overpriced thrift store. Did a walk through and didn’t find anything interesting. Customer service was also terrible. I stood at the register waiting and they kept skipping past me or pretending they didn’t see me.
