Slow and don’t follow up when selling.
I walked in and immediately walked back out. This place is dusty, dirty and unkempt. I couldn’t even finish looking through the clothing bc everything was just nasty. The owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves.
I enjoyed the shopping experience at this store, but the staff members lack customer service skills. No one says hello when you walk in. On two occasions staff members were in deep conversation at the register while checking customers out and not engaging with the customers in front of them. Please do better.
Everything I took was from EXPRESS with the exception of 2 Levi's tops & was offered $5.50=💯%B S
Trash. They low ball you & want you to bring the used clothes you are trying to sell in special top secret FBI Containers. Just go to Buffalo exchange the vibes are better & they give you reasonable money for clothes.
