extremely disrespectful. don’t even actually look through my items. heard them talking shit about me after i confronted them for there bs. spent more time talking then working. worst employees i’ve ever met
The first time I went, I was told it’s only store credit after 4pm. I had drove probably around 2 hours to get there mind you. Saddened, I went back the next week earlier to try my luck again. Waited for about an hour for them to look through my stuff, only to say “umm we couldn’t find anything we liked, we’re looking for a specific style and quality”. First time selling at this location and the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Bad attitudes from staff and unaccommodating. Made a simple clothing drop off such a hassle for no reason and most likely affected my cash out total. Save yourself the headache and go to a friendlier Plato’s.
