Good deal but unhelpful staff. They seem too be more into mingling than helping people
Horrible customer service I called ahead to confirm they were accepting clothes and was told yes, but no mention was made of the container requirement. When I arrived, they refused my items in plastic bags, though I quickly found an acceptable container in my car. The manager, Eddie/Edward, was dismissive and condescending despite my suggestion to inform callers of the policy. Clear communication would make the process smoother for everyone.
