Good deal but unhelpful staff. They seem too be more into mingling than helping people
Horrible customer service I called ahead to confirm they were accepting clothes and was told yes, but no mention was made of the container requirement. When I arrived, they refused my items in plastic bags, though I quickly found an acceptable container in my car. The manager, Eddie/Edward, was dismissive and condescending despite my suggestion to inform callers of the policy. Clear communication would make the process smoother for everyone. Do not come to this location , very Rude & when your bags are ready they don’t let you know or even text you . You have to ask . Also the girl that was helping me looked so annoyed & looked like she did not want to be there . Also they took 4 really good items for 20 😂 yeah no they will Low Ball you ! Try some where else .
Do not come here !! After one hour waiting to sell my clothes - I heard they won’t buy anything. What ?? brand new clothes with tags - spring / summer I used to sell to Plato’s closet in the past I was also gonna buy some clothes but of course I gave up ! Never again !!! Such a waste of my time
