Never had an issue until today...maybe all new employees but we waited with 3 items at the register that was left unattended for more than 10 minutes...then an employee walked up ignored us and started looking at tags at least could've said someone will be with you or something...then another employee walked up and started to check out a customer that walked up with her then a friend of the customer walks up and gets checked out still ignored us standing at the register...very strange experience and unprofessional it wasn't ... read more
Plato’s closet used to be one of the best resale shops. The past couple of times I have gone this year, it is full of junky clothes that don’t even cover your body or the prices are way too high for second hand clothes. I took a box of used clothes in good condition to sell the Plato’s. They took over an hour to look through the box and then only kept 2 items and paid me $3. The prices are real high but they've got good clothes. They did not offerr much on the big and tall stuff
