Friendly staff :) store is super clean and organized
I love Plato's Closet, I'm greeted every time I walk in, by everyone that is in the front which is usually over 4 people. I have sold there before and from what I recall if you want your items processed right away you stay in store (makes perfect sense) if not you are free to go until you get a text. Not a hostage situation at all . Most of them are teens and that is their first job so no they are not going to have "seasoned experience " in customer service. Just reiterating what some of the other people have said that they are so rude here. I came in and said Hi, hello and the girl who was at the counter & a buyer just ignored me and said to put my stuff on the counter. Immediately felt uncomfortable like I was bothering her. I caught her immediately telling her coworkers which made me feel worse. I get it if you don’t like working here but don’t make everyone’s problem. I was a teenager too once working at Plato’s but I don’t recall being that awful.
