Absolutely horrible experience. Today is August 21, 2026. I went to return a pair of jeans that I bought yesterday for my sons birthday. Unfortunately they did not fit. And yes I took the tag off because they were placed in a gift bag. Ne ways I was told by the employee with the nice black eye makeup that I would need the tag on the clothes or the receipt to exchange. My son goes to get the jeans he takes them to the counter to be told by another employee that the tag has to be on the jeans to exchange.. We WILL NOT BE RETUR... read more
When was a friend who had called ahead of time to see what items they were taking. They didn't tell us until we had a ride that they had a whole list and they could have just told us that on the phone
I went to sell clothes and they didn’t even go through the bags, everything was exactly how i put it in the bags :(
UPDATE TO RESPONSE: I have came three times now and the "general manager" isn't there. Three trips (45 min round trip) where my time and gas money have been wasted. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Wouldn't even give me an offer on some Adidas Yeezys worn twice or a Ralph Lauren Polo with Large Horse only worn once/looks brand new or some worn once Adidas Adillete slides??? What's the criteria on that? WOW
