how do you guys take used clothing from people but yet don’t answer the phone? let alone have a number listed that actually works!? I am missing some expensive clothing so I tried to call to see if anyone “pawned it” and it goes to a fax. Real professional!!
I brought a large amount of clothing to this Plato’s Closet on January 1st to sell. They selected only a few items, which was fine, but I decided not to sell after seeing the offer and took everything back. When I got home, I realized several items were missing. I immediately called the store and asked for a manager but was told none was available and to call back on Monday. This place SUCKS gave them all name brand clothes and only received 45 for 10 things all big brands like lulu and Peppermayo with tag. I hate this place
