Absolutely the rudest and most unprofessional staff ever. I would never try to donate stuff nor purchase anything from this store. I encourage others to do the same. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
Staff need better attitude, girl putting things away need to improve her attitude, girls in the front casher register need to communicate better. Just over all improve in the welcoming so one wants to come back. Store staff overall very cold.
Actually the most rude employees I have ever dealt with. Rolled their eyes at me, in my way while shopping, slammed the door to the dressing room on me. Very very awful place!
I feel like I couldn’t just say nothing after my experience today. I went in on a Monday and brought two bins of clothes to sell. I’m never offended if a resale store doesn’t take my clothes. I completely understand that they only buy what they need. I did bring in several Free People pieces, though, including some brand new items, so I figured they would likely be interested in those.
