The stuff is good however the staff is always short with you and gossips about another coworkers while you’re shopping and can hear them. Whenever I ask for help it’s almost like I’m bothering them
The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who assisted me, Miranda. She explained the percentage I was gonna get for the items I wanted to sell. The only reason I am giving this a 4-star and not 5 is due to the fact that the way they priced my branded purses were waaaay to low….
Terrible customer service. I’ve been selling items with Plato’s Closet for about 3 years, so I’m very familiar with the process. I had 24 hours, as clearly stated on my receipt, to pick up my items. Only 4 hours after dropping everything off, I called to explain that I wouldn’t be able to come until the next day. I was told that if I didn’t come the same day as the drop-off, all of my items would be donated. That directly contradicts the 24-hour policy stated on the receipt. My mom happened to stumble upon your store 2500 miles away, so shopping without us can be challenging, but we had the absolute pleasure of working with two employees who I can only describe as a dynamic duo Ash & Madysin ! They went above and beyond by FaceTiming with us, modeling clothes, helping us put together an amazing haul, and making the entire experience so much fun. Everytime I come here the staff is always rude, rolling eyes and making snarky comments if you're looking for a good platos closet go to the one in ocoee
