Good value for money
Melanie and aiyisha are so rude. My friend and I came in to sell and I specifically heard Melanie tell aiyisha not to buy any of my friends stuff. If I didn’t know better I would say they’re discriminating my friend and I. I will NEVER shop here again, you lost my business forever. Couldn’t believe how rude they were to my friend. I asked aiyisha if she liked working here and she looked at me and said “yeah but the customers are RUDE” with a sour face. I can’t believe how mean these girls are. Unbelievable. Disgusting.

After sitting in the third Plato’s closet that day, they were one of the nicest and best consumer service out of all three! If I ever have to go shopping in Orlando, I will definitely be stopping here!
Took in tons is dresses one of them being a Bebe dress that I wore once and paid $100 for! They wouldn't take any thing. Also took in shorts and swimsuits... they chose one pair of shorts that was a pair of AE shorts that still had their tags on them and a swimsuit that was not worn. They gave me $3 for the swimsuit and offered me $2.40 for the shorts.. I told them no on the shorts! What a joke!

As I was waiting for them to look through clothes I was willing to sell them, I was looking through their clothes and I couldn't help but notice a lot of their items are really worn out. Straps on dresses were literally hanging by a thread. But when they went to give me back my clothes they said "not current items" I was a little confused.
