Custom service was absolutely terrible. The girls up front were nasty, throwing around my clothes I brought in, and were just overall rude. The attitude was much not needed. One of them were even sitting on their phone while going through my clothes and watched a movie the entire time. She explained why she didn’t take them and was stank facing the whole time
Went into this location on Saturday to sell some clothes. I had 2 bins of clothing neatly folded. It included designed brands, many items listed on the board they were looking for. The two workers behind the counter were discussing how they couldn’t wait for their break. They didn’t even look at the clothes. They pulled them out of the bins in handfuls never looking at the items. They passed up brand new with tags lululemon , Gucci, Levi’s and other designers.
