Drove an hour to come here all I had were 5 pairs of shoes. I came at 3:45 and they told me they weren’t taking buys and they’re short staffed but had 3 employees standing around behind the counter doing nothing.
These girls that work there are absolutely terrible! Extremely rude and disrespectful! I brought brand new clothes with tags still on them and Ariat jeans that have never been worn and they wouldn't even look at them! Thanks for telling me earlier that you take clothes but when I come back you refuse! I will NEVER go there again! Train your employees better!!
Staff does not great when u walk to the counter top u have to ask can u be checked out if you’re of color!! Rude, Quality not as good as other Plato closets but prices are much higher! And they give u less for ur gently used in style clothes than other Plato’s would, some items aren’t priced and if u ask for pricing on the items it’s a 30 min wait to look up a price by that time u don’t want the item, im hoping in the near future another Plato’s will come to this area, this one is over rated

Took in clothing to this place. The girls at the front desk were very rude. They tried on my clothes left deodorant, stains on them and stains from a pen I assume and put the clothes back in the bag because it didn’t fit them in particular as to why they did not want to buy it. That is absolutely disgusting behavior. I am waiting on the owner for response, I have photos of me in the dress when I tried it on and try to sell it online. Otherwise it’s been sitting in a closet.
