Great place to get lightly used apparel at decent prices.
There was a Colombia hoodie, brand new with original tag. The original tag was still attached with the price of 15$. They put there own tag with price right next to it: for 30$. Ummmmm.... What. Why. Why would I pay more than it originally cost? This place used to be affordable. I may as well just go to the mall.
I sold items here the other day and was the first person to drop clothes off. I was told It would be 25 minutes, I ended up waiting over an hour for my clothes to be done. Why tell me 25 minutes when it was well over an hour? I would have ran other errands instead of sitting around waiting. After waiting that long I was told you could only offer me $25 for a ton of items, such a waste of time! You’re better off selling your items on Facebook marketplace, than Plato’s closet. I promise you’ll make more money!
