Store was very well kept and employee Kayla was very helpful and knowledgeable, rarely go out shopping on vacation but this one was a pleasant surprise!
I had an amazing experience at Plato’s Closet this past week and I really wanted to take a moment to thank the store manager for helping me in a tight spot. I was in Columbus for the week to interview for a new job and my luggage had been lost by airport staff. All of my interview clothes, belongings, and shoes were gone! The store manager, Kayla, went above and beyond with helping me find emergency outfits to get me through the week. A family member suggested shopping here for a new coat because I left mine on the plane. Ms. Kayla was very helpful! She showed me where the coats were and the staff was very nice! Next time I'm back in town I will definitely go shopping here again!
Love this store and Kayla is super wonderful!
I love this staff. Kayla is an amazing store manager who is always willing to help. Every time I go into this location, I am always impressed with how clean it is and how organized it is. This is my preferred location when there are other Plato’s stores near me because of how well kept it is. I appreciate her staff because they are ALWAYS friendly when anyone walks through the door. I love coming here!
