Terrible terrible experience. This store was having a 70% off sale and the sale wasn't 70% off . I bought 5 items and this items were only marked 40% off. I politely called and talked to a manager and they told me to come bring the items back and they will give me a refund . When I got back to the store the manager was belligerent and rude and refused to fix the problem. I the just told them I won't shop their again.
Terrible place, doesn’t give anything even if you bring in a basket worth of new/unused clothes.
Took a huge bin of clothes in of cute stuff and they didn’t take anything. Wasted 3 hours of my time.
Made me wait over 2 hours just to offer me $22 for a pair of boots and a pair of LeBron Nike shoes, both of which were in great condition. It felt like an insult. I would never recommend Plato's Closet to anyone no matter the location. They are a scam.
