I want to shout out London, she is an amazing worker and even better person. My friends and I went into Plato’s closet for the first time and were so excited given the selection that was available but we were even more delighted to be greeted as we walked through the door -by London- being told about the discounts that could be found in the corner and to let her know if we need anything at all. Terrible terrible experience. This store was having a 70% off sale and the sale wasn't 70% off . I bought 5 items and this items were only marked 40% off. I politely called and talked to a manager and they told me to come bring the items back and they will give me a refund . When I got back to the store the manager was belligerent and rude and refused to fix the problem. I the just told them I won't shop their again.
Terrible place, doesn’t give anything even if you bring in a basket worth of new/unused clothes.
