Took clothes there that were in great condition and some still had tags. They looked through a few things in my bag and said the styles were outdated and/or too mature. However most of my items were from the previous summer (still in style) and from stores like Forever 21, H&M, Limited. The 2 girls that "helped" me were snobby, rude and too busy talking to even look through my bag. There was no one else in the store at the time but they acted like they were being bothered. In response to Casey Bohon's very serious accusation. No receipt, no purse, two years after supposed purchase of said purse, and a demand for a refund of $125.00. The average price point in the store is just over $10.00, so we don't make a habit of selling $125.00 purses. And finally, the Georgia Better Business Bureau ruled in Plato's Closet's favor, stating that we (Plato's Closet) exhausted every reasonable effort to resolve the alleged grievance.
