You can tell that the workers outside of work only wear oversize tshirts with shorts and dirty air force 1s like get some associates with taste nd swag puhhhlease also the store looks a mess
i stopped in here this evening needing to get some pants for work in the morning due to mine no longer fitting , just a quick stop by - was here for maybe 15 minutes around 8:30 and the two girls working tonight were standing right next to me complaining about customers “STILL” coming in. quite frustrating to hear them complain this way while working at a store that stays open until 9pm. definitely will just go to tjmaxx or target. i would be thankful customers are coming to shop otherwise i would be out of a job if i were i... read more
These teenage girls that work here are very unprofessional rude and nasty. They have no idea what they’re doing and don’t know what items to pick and don’t even recognize popular branded items. They carry stained, cracked and poor quality clothes but won’t accept clothes in good condition. I hear them gossiping about others all the time and they make it very uncomfortable to shop in the store. i have loved going to platos closet for a long time. but tonight i went and most of the employees were too busy standing in a corner and gossiping about a fellow coworker so loud that you could hear it across the entire store. it is completely unprofessional and embarrassing. i hope management can address these issues, but after the experience i had tonight, i will not be returning.
