The girl with the short purple hair working the dressing rooms was rude, you could tell she was annoyed she had to do her job and give me a dressing room. I apologized for having a good bit of stuff(which I don’t have to apologize for I mean it’s literally your job, but I was just being nice) she just completely ignored me. Then When she opened the door for me, I said thank you & got no response again. The other girls in the front were very friendly though.

The staff are always friendly. I was a le to pick up a couple of things some still had the original tags on them .
I was the first one in the store when they opened with my two small kids because I didn’t think there’s any way it would take over an hour to go through my one bin of clothes. 2 1/2 hours and 2 screaming kids later, they gave me $56 for a ton of items, and I’m mind blown by the items they wouldn’t take. An almost brand new pair of Nikes? Come on.
look staff was super sweet… but i waited 2.5 hours & brought in thousands of dollars of nice & relatively trendy (within last few years at least) clothes. & they said “we r only taking 8 items here’s $20” LMAO like what?! def go to another location until they can get their inventory figured out
