look staff was super sweet… but i waited 2.5 hours & brought in thousands of dollars of nice & relatively trendy (within last few years at least) clothes. & they said “we r only taking 8 items here’s $20” LMAO like what?! def go to another location until they can get their inventory figured out
The staff was very helpful and pleasant July 1, 2025. I shopped at this location a few years ago and didn’t have was great an impression, so just thought I’d share that. We spent $250 on 20 items. If new, we would have only gotten about 5 pieces or less.
Customers when doing selling with Plato’s, please take pictures of all your items, so they will be all accounted for. I took items to this store, when I went to pick items up, my items were missing. The manager had the nerve to tell me she couldn’t compensate me for the missing items which she could not see on the camera. Lol ya’ll know most cameras don’t even work in these stores, they’re there for decoration. If I wanted to be talked about while waiting patiently on my phone for my clothes to be appraised, I didn’t think Plato’s in newnan would be the place…. Maybe a vintage spot in manhattan but here is crazy lol
