I dropped off a bag of freshly clean clothes. They told me I had to wait 1 - 2 hours and they would text me. I received no text untill 6 hours later when the store was closed. I then went back the next day just for them to tell me they couldn't take anything. They have terrible communication and I strongly suggest you find another location.
This place has really gone downhill over the past few months. I used to come here all the time with my daughter but I was absolutely shocked by their pricing. Not only are their prices ridiculous but they are now charging if you are paying with card. What kind of store do you think you are? This is a thrift store. Safe to say I will never be returning.
Comments are all true. I took my items at 1:14 all new items from urban, AE, Zara, old navy, etc. By 1:17 they texted me that my items were ready. No shocker just like every other comment. They took nothing. And guess what they have on their racks. SHEIN. 0/10
