My concern isn’t that my items weren’t accepted. I understand that resale stores have buying guidelines, and not every item will receive an offer. I would not recommend selling to plato’s closet. I drove an hour away with high-quality namebrand, clothes, shoes and pocketbooks they did not accept any items. Only 1 dress that was on the top of the bag. They told me it would take 45 minutes to look through my things and it only took them five minutes and I had three big bags. When I got the stuff back, it was the same way that I sent it in and it looked like they didn’t even look at it. Update: Thank you for your response. I would just like to clarify one point for anyone reading this review. When we first came to the store, the owner agreed to make an exception to the 7-day return policy. After I explained that we had discovered a tear on the item after getting home and showed you the issue, the return was no longer accepted.
