It’s hard to sell here, but that’s what makes it a fantastic place shop! The staff is kind, efficient, communicative, helpful, and very chill. It’s more organized than a TJ Maxx, and the stuff is better quality. Love this store! Staff who deserve a raise: gabby,

plato’s closet as a company sucks. i don’t know why i keep coming back. i always bring new items that i am convinced they will take and then i wait an hour and they offer me 7 bucks for one thing which seems to be a common problem here in this review section. the only reason im giving this 2 stars and not one is because the gal that helped me and my friend out was SO sweet. she was hustling back and forth on crutches carrying bins and everything! the only reason why i don’t give you three stars is because her fellow coworker... read more

I tried to sell stuff here. I sell stuff online and have fantastic feedback so it was weird going in there and having them say they wanted just one item, weirder still they said they didn’t want the remainder due to “wear”. At least four items had never been worn. The weirdest thing of all was that they said they sell things at 50-75% of the retail value, and offer 30% of that. The North Face jacket they seemed interested in was literally never worn more than once and cost $140 new… meaning $35 was the lowest they’d sell it ... read more
