This is the worst Plato’s Closet I’ve been to. The employees were standoffish and not very welcoming. They told me it would take 30 minutes, but it took an hour and a half because they were talking or singing majority of the time. They wanted $1-$4 for my Fashion Nova, Nike, Gymshark, and PrettyLittleThing items that had TAGS. I took my items back because there’s no way I’m selling it to them for dirt cheap. Their stock did not impress me either for it being in Ann Arbor. A lot of shein clothes.
I brought this bin in with my clothes to make things easier for the sorting team. Was returned damaged:/ I also noticed half of my items are folded exactly the same way I had them which means they didn’t even fully open up the items to evaluate them fully.
